The Institute has three categories of membership

  • Individual

Corporate
Urban practitioners from all areas of public, academic and private enterprise pursuits concerned with urban affairs are eligible. Applications are considered on their individual merits.

Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions are payable on a financial year basis and are...

  • Individual $ 75.00
  • Corporate $250.00
  • Student/Retired $ 35.00
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits include:
  • The opportunity to become active in the discourse about urban issues and involved in action to make better cities  
  • Receive advance notice of Divisional events and be able to participate in the activities of the Division at special member rates.
  • Be able to attend, at reduced rates, the Annual Conference of AIUS, workshops and seminars.
  • Be able to purchase AIUS publications
  • Receive four issues annually of Australian Urban Studies. Corporate members receive all AIUS publications free of charge.
